It's An Alright Store, Nothing Special, But Expensive.
Great store, very friendly staff, always willing to help and reasonably priced (remember you are in the woods of Maine) love the old school gas pumps too!! Good food for a decent price as well!! Support the locals!!!!
Nice people, fair prices as far as the small mom-n-pop convenience store goes, wide variety of items. Good food and friendly accommodating staff. Went in late morning and expressed to my wife (quietly) that I was disappointed they were out of bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches (only sausage left in case), to which the woman behind the counter (Kelly) quipped, "you want me to make you one?" And then dashed out back and whipped me up a fresh one. Real fried egg. Yummy! It is always our last stop on our way to Silver Lake. If they don't have it, you can probably live without it for a few days at camp. Also, you get to support local business people: BONUS!
